Welcome to Rice University's OPEN web site. This site is devoted to communicating our plans and actions to implement Rice's Vision for the Second Century. In selecting OPEN as our title, we remind ourselves that nearly 100 years into the university's life there is still "No Upper Limit" to Rice's aspirations.
